As our Data & Analytics intern, you will support the analytics and reporting needs of our clients by learning to analyze web traffic and conversion events within Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adwords & other data channels. What You’ll Work On:
-Transform client business goals into KPI metrics and a tracking plan
-Work with SEO and PPC departments to support ongoing client needs, including the development of custom profiles and reporting and troubleshooting analytics tracking issues
-Provide deep customer intelligence and insight into the customer journey through digital touchpoints
-Extract and analyze data from a variety of sources to measure and report on the user experience to drive insights on customer behavior
-Identify and implement opportunities to optimize conversion paths
-Create dashboards, reporting, and analyses
-Google Analytics implementations (Tag Manager, profile maintenance, dashboard creation, goal tracking, etc.) across channels
-Gain familiarity working with Power BI
-Manipulate data and turn quantitative analysis into visual representations
-Conduct CRO audits
-Collaborate with the Marketing team to launch new features and products, A/B testing, and tracking implementation
-Identify data patterns, along with site usability or performance
Preferred Experience & Skills:
-Proven passion for digital marketing as evidenced by coursework, certifications, extracurricular activities, or previous internships
-Strong writing skills and attention to detail
-Ability to complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to take initiative and adapt to various situations
-Positive attitude and team-player mentality
-Familiarity with HTML
